Ingredients

  • Fresh kiwi
  • Lime
  • Mint leaves
  • Mint Simple Syrup (made from water, sugar, and mint)
  • Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free)
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda

Instructions

  1. Make the Mint Simple Syrup: Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan. Boil until sugar dissolves, then simmer for 5 minutes with mint sprigs. Cool and strain.
