  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
