  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 8 low carb tortillas
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan, cook ground chuck with diced tomatoes, water, and spices over medium-high heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Spoon half of the chili sauce into the baking dish. Roll each hot dog in a tortilla and place in the dish seam-side down.
  4. Pour remaining chili sauce over the hot dogs and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
