  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¾ teaspoon dried chives
  • ¾ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blanch broccoli for 5 minutes; rinse in cold water.
  3. Grease a casserole dish and layer blanched broccoli at the bottom.
  4. Season chicken with garlic and herbs; sauté with olive oil until cooked through.
  5. Combine chicken with broccoli in the casserole dish.
