- 100 grams crustless bread
- 125 ml white wine

- 8–10 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, egg, crustless bread, white wine, minced garlic, and dried oregano. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls (about the size of golf balls) and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs in batches until golden brown on all sides (about 5-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, stir in flour to create a roux, then gradually whisk in hot water or stock until smooth. Add lemon juice and season to taste.
- Return meatballs to the skillet with sauce and simmer for an additional 10 minutes until heated through.
