  • 1 round sourdough loaf
  • 1 cup large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp dill weed
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the interior, reserving the removed bread.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook shrimp until pink (3-4 minutes). Chop into smaller pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill weed, lemon juice, green onions, imitation crab meat, and shrimp. Mix well.
  4. Spoon filling into the hollowed bread loaf and pack tightly.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with reserved bread pieces for dipping.
