Description

  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until bubbling. Stir in mini marshmallows until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat; drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce into the mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Gently fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down evenly without squishing too much air out.
  6. Drizzle remaining salted caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Allow cooling at room temperature for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
