  • 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually mix in granulated sugar. Add sour cream and eggs one at a time until fully combined.

  4. For the topping, cook pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, and a splash of water in a saucepan until bubbly.
