  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar in another bowl until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  3. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
