  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and feta cheese to create the marinade.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer the marinated chicken to the baking dish and drizzle any remaining marinade on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
