- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop bell peppers and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix hot honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
