  • 8 oz deli-style turkey slices
  • 6 oz Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create pockets and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard inside each pocket, then layer with turkey slices and Swiss cheese.
