- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and cocoa powder until fully blended.
- Puree fresh strawberries in a separate bowl.
- Pour half the chocolate batter over the crust; add dollops of strawberry puree on top, then pour in the remaining chocolate batter. Use a knife to gently swirl them together.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set but the center jiggles slightly. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate until firm.
