  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Spoon cheesecake filling over each brownie base and bake for an additional 15-18 minutes until just set but wobbly in the center.
  6. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
