  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions
