  • 1 ½ cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate graham crackers, ¼ cup sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar while mixing until fully combined.
  3. Mix in sour cream until smooth. Gently fold in dark chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool at room temperature for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Slice and serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.
