Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a medium pot, bring chicken broth with salt to a boil; add rice, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until tender.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
