- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tbsp butter (cut into small pieces)
- ½ cup apple juice or water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Wash and core the apples, leaving the bottoms intact.
- In a mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts, and dried fruit.
- Stuff each apple with the filling and top with butter.
