  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and season the chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Sear the chicken in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Prepare the hot honey sauce by mixing honey, red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar, and butter in a small saucepan over low heat until melted.
  4. In a bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried oregano, and olive oil for the feta sauce.
  5. Pour half of the hot honey sauce over the seared chicken and bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
