Ingredients

- 750 ml pure grain alcohol (190 proof)
- 2 ½ cups white sugar
- 4 ½ cups water
Instructions

- Place the lemon peels in a jar with the grain alcohol and seal tightly. Allow to infuse for at least 7 days (up to 3 weeks) away from sunlight.
