- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (28 oz) peeled whole tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
- 8 oz BelGioioso burrata
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook turkey bacon until crispy (about 10 minutes). Add butter, herbs, and garlic; sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in carrots and onion; cook until softened (around 10 minutes). Then add tomato paste and stir for an additional 2-3 minutes.
