  • 56 ripe peaches
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds or pecans)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or melted butter
  • Maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
