Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (slightly softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 3/4 cup flour
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 9 Halloween Oreos
- 1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the slightly softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of dough, flatten it slightly, place an Oreo in the center, fold the dough over it, then roll to seal.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes (they should look slightly underdone).
- Let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
