- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp with olive oil, spices, and lime juice for 15–20 minutes.
- Prepare corn salsa by mixing corn, red bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, and salt; chill.
- Mash avocados with lime juice and seasonings until creamy.
- Whisk together mayo (or yogurt), lime juice, hot sauce (if desired), garlic powder, smoked paprika, cilantro, and salt to make the sauce.
