  • 1/2 cup green olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil until smooth. Adjust consistency with more olive oil if needed.
  2. Add the remaining green olives to the processor and pulse several times for a slightly chunky texture.
