Ingredients

- 1 liter (4 cups) chicken stock
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g (7 oz) feta cheese
- 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese
- 2–3 lemons
- Garlic cloves
- Dried oregano
Instructions
- Boil diced potatoes in chicken stock with lemon juice until tender.
