  • 6 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
  • Juice of 2 fresh lemons
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
