Ingredients
- 1/3 large white cabbage (about 300 grams)
- 1 small tomato
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 small carrot
- 1/2 small red onion
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Finely shred the cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Grate the carrot and add it to the bowl.
- Slice the tomato and add it in.
- Thinly slice the red onion and green bell pepper; add all remaining ingredients to the bowl.
- Season with oregano, salt, and pepper; drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Mix thoroughly by massaging the cabbage for about 1-2 minutes.
