  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Scoop dollops onto parchment paper and freeze for at least one hour.
  2. For the cookie dough, beat the softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and fold in chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.
  4. Take about two tablespoons of cookie dough, flatten it in your hand, place one frozen cheesecake dollop in the center, cover it with more dough, and seal edges.
