Garlic Butter Sausage Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta is a scrumptious dish that effortlessly combines rich flavors and comforting textures.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage or Italian sausage
  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown sliced sausage for about 4-5 minutes; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Return sausage to the skillet, adding Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  4. In a saucepan, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream and garlic powder; whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with the creamy sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve sausage bites over pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.
