Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until golden.
