  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (separated)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup pretzels (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter cups
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the crust by combining chocolate cookie crumbs, pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and dark brown sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. 2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. In another bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold into the mixture.
  3. 3. Pour the filling into the crust and freeze for at least two hours until firm.
  4. 4. For the topping, melt chocolate chips with 1/2 cup of heavy cream over low heat. Drizzle over pie and garnish with chopped pretzels and peanut butter cups before serving.
