- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate the steak in this mixture for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness.
