  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chunky and spicy salsa
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun blackened spice mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups corn chips, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix water, teriyaki sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, tequila, liquid smoke, salt, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Coat chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, salsa, milk, Cajun spice mix, parsley, hot sauce, and dill weed until smooth.
