  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package phyllo dough (thawed)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer four sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with melted butter before stacking.
  3. Cut the layered phyllo into strips about 3 inches wide.
  4. Place a stick of feta at one end of each strip, roll tightly while sealing the edges, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with more melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, gently warm honey in a small pan; stir in chili flakes and apple cider vinegar.
  7. Drizzle the hot rolls with chili honey and serve warm.
