  • 3/4 lb top sirloin cubes
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  6. Meanwhile, boil potatoes until tender, drain, then mash with milk, sour cream, cheese, and chives.
