- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 small head cabbage
- Garlic and ginger
- Soy sauce or tamari

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey/beef and cook until nearly done (5-6 minutes).
- Push meat to one side; add onions and remaining oil. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in carrots, garlic, and ginger; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth. Add cabbage, soy sauce/tamari, vinegar, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Cover and reduce heat to medium-low; cook for 12–15 minutes until cabbage is tender.
