Ingredients
- 1 cup fine bulgur
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 cups curly parsley (minced)

- 1 1/2 cups roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions
