  • 1/2 pound green beans (trimmed)
  • 1 quartered boneless chicken ham (sliced)
  • 1 (20-ounce) can sliced pineapple (drained)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Seasonings: garlic, thyme, onion powder, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and prepare a sheet pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Arrange halved potatoes on one side of the pan and place green beans in the center. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic, thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. On the opposite side of the pan, layer sliced chicken ham and pineapple.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze. Brush it over the chicken ham and pineapple.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
