  • 20 Medjool dates
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp avocado oil (or coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise and remove any pits, then place them slit side up on the sheet.
  2. Gently smash each date with the bottom of a glass cup (spray the glass with cooking spray to prevent sticking).
  3. Spread warmed peanut butter over the smashed dates.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips with avocado oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and sprinkle chopped peanuts and sea salt on top.
