Description

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pie crust shell
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 package frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • onion powder, salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, peas and carrots, cream soup, milk, cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture into the frozen pie crust.
  4. Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the filling. Brush with milk or egg wash if desired.
  5. Bake on a baking sheet for 35 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
