- 1 frozen pie crust shell
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 package frozen peas and carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- onion powder, salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, peas and carrots, cream soup, milk, cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into the frozen pie crust.
- Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the filling. Brush with milk or egg wash if desired.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 35 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
