- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 2 – 3 tablespoons reserved chickpea water
Instructions
- Prepare by draining and rinsing the chickpeas, chopping the dill pickles, and measuring liquids.
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients along with two tablespoons of reserved chickpea water.
- Blend until smooth; adjust consistency by adding more chickpea water if needed.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. Enjoy within five days.
