Description

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and torn basil.
