  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
