Ingredients
- 1½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red-pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, then slice them in half.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red-pepper flakes.
- Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until well-coated. Spread them cut-side down on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway through until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss gently before serving.
