  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (washed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and dark chocolate chips together until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until combined. Stir in the melted butter-chocolate mixture.
  4. Sift together flour and cocoa powder in another bowl, then fold this dry mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and fresh raspberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
