  • ½ yellow onion (diced)
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 12 oz frozen spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Dice the yellow onion and mince the garlic.
  2. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, excluding the cream cheese.
  3. Cube the cream cheese and place it on top of the mixture.
  4. Set the slow cooker to high and cook for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Afterward, stir thoroughly and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
