  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
  • Seasonings: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. (Optional) Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side.
  3. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth and cream of chicken soup; pour over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. To thicken gravy, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Shred or serve the chicken whole; garnish with fresh parsley.
