  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim the outer leaves and stem of the cauliflower, keeping the core intact.
  3. Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
