Ingredients

  • 16 oz potato gnocchi

  • 5 cups chicken stock

Instructions

  2. In the same pot, melt butter and sauté minced garlic with thyme for about 1 minute.
  3. Add flour, stirring continuously for about 1 minute before whisking in chicken stock until smooth.
  4. Return sliced chicken to the pot along with lemon slices, lemon juice, gnocchi, and kale. Bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Reduce heat; stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
